Former top model Janice Dickinson avoided a serious wardrobe malfunction while wearing an ill-fitting bikini on Sunday in Malibu, California.

The former "America's Next Top Model" judge, who is notorious for donning ill-fitting ensembles, slipped into a mismatched tan and black two piece that struggled to contain her ample bosom.

The 57-year-old appeared determined to show off the toned and tanned figure that made her the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel."

Over the span of her career, the former catwalk queen appeared on the cover of Vogue a staggering 37 times. In 2003, she joined Tyra Banks as a judge on the reality series "America's Next Top Model" but after a four seasons Banks, who is an executive producer on the series, sent Dickinson on her way.

In 2005, Dickinson opened her own modelling agency and documented the experience in the reality series "The Janice Dickinson Modelling Agency."

May of this year, Dickinson fell victim to a string of bad luck and made headlines for falling behind with her rent. Dickinson was served an eviction notice for allegedly failing to pay almost $20,000 in rent, and subsequently refusing to leave the home.

According to court papers, the model's landlords claim they are owed for three months of payments for a 3,000 square foot house in west Los Angeles.

Dickinson suffered panic attacks following the incident, but released a statement: 

"Yes, I was late with my rent and I was really upset... I'm not being evicted... I was having a little banter about some plumbing issues and the heating... It is now fixed... My rent's been fixed."

Talking to The Insider, she explained her two children Nathan, 25, and Savannah, 18, became upset over reading about her alleged eviction.
