Fashion never looked so sweet. TWELV magazine's Editor-in-Chief, Hissa Igarashia and Fashion Editor,Sayuri Marakumi were inspired by the rainbow Alexander McQueen dress and created a delectable masterpiece made out of 50,000 gummy bears.

The 220 pound floor-length gown took three weeks to make and is modeled by Jessica Pitti. It wasn't all sticky sweet however; the dress was also constructed with twisted wire and vinyl. Unlike Lady Gaga's notorious meat dress, which outraged PETA, no gummy bears were harmed during the creation process.

The dress resembles McQueen's 2008 spring collection rainbow colored "Parrot Dress".

"[We] wanted to create something very unique in honor of McQueen and his legacy. [We] thought of doing the homage with inspiration from this dress as it fit well with [the] idea of using the gummy bears; very colorful. The gummy bears serve as a unique, creative, and colorful way of expressing such an idea and emotion."
The heavy dress is also packed with loads of calories, 4.356,000 calories exact. You can spot this edible wear in TWELV's debut issue.
