Selena Gomez was spotted partying on hard Monday as she and friends threw a beach party for her gal pal Ashley Tisdale.

Gomez joined Tisdale's 27th birthday bash on Malibu Beach with her beau Scott Speer, friends Vanessa Hudgens and her boyfriend Austin Butler.
Gomez's beau Justin Bieber was missing from the blast.

The "Spring Breakers" actress was dressed in a green crop top, white shorts and sported a blanket around her shoulders.
Gomez ran around in the sand, and joked around with Bieber‘s good friend Alfredo Flores, who at one point picked Gomez up in the air and threw her over his shoulder.

Tisdale wore a bright yellow fringed bikini top and denim short, and sparks were seen as she kissed and cuddled with her beau.

"Magical night at the beach! #birthdaygirl," tweeted the "High School Musical" star later that night, along with a photo of a campfire.

Selena Gomez, who has been pursuing an acting career, is preparing for her fourth studio album. This time around, the 19-year-old star wants to make the album a bit more personal, Gomez told E! News last week.

"It's not going to be necessarily, 'Here's my tell-all," Gomez said.
"At the end of the day I only make my music because I want it be really fun and if I could have people dance to it, relate to it, have a good time, that's all I want."
