Daily Mail isn't having the best week.

Only days after George Clooney blasted the tabloid not once, but twice, in an op-ed in USA Today, calling the site out for their "irresponsibility" in reporting on a story claiming his finacée, Amal Alamuddin's, mother opposed their upcoming marriage on religious grounds, Angelina Jolie is taking her own stance against false reports from the British publication, Time magazine reports.

London Times reports that the actress is taking legal action against the publication, which claims a younger Jolie engaged in heroin use in the '90s. A 16-minute video was also posted online, originally published by the National Enquirer, shows her walking around her apartment while talking on the phone. The clip was reportedly filmed by Franklin Meyer, who is rumored to have been the actress' drug dealer while she was living in New York.

"Bloodshoot hollow eyes, emaciated arms and rambling on the phone: Haunting video of Angelina Jolie the heroin addict," the article read.

Although Jolie has discussed her past drug use in interviews before, the Times reports that Jolie calls the Daily Mail's publication of the video a "gross violation of her privacy."
