Justin Bieber graduates high school

Justin Bieber's latest update may not add much to his endless list of accomplishments, but the pop singer has finally obtained his high school diploma.

The teen sensation earned his diploma from St. Michael Catholic Secondary School in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario, Thursday evening.
The 18-year-old "Baby" singer was unable to attend the commencement ceremony as one of 192 students in the graduating class.

"We are very proud of Justin and all of the other 192 graduates of St. Michael school, however, we're not at liberty to discuss any personal plans or information about Justin or any other graduate," St. Mike's principal Tim Doherty told QMI, a Canadian news outlet.

"I just finished high school," Bieber told the Daily Telegraph back in May.

"I passed my test – I'm free! It was hard doing school and work every day."

The school offered electronic courses to Bieber who kicked off his music career at the age of 13 when he traveled to Atlanta with his mother.
The school declined to offer other details about his studies or his graduation, according to New York Times.

The teen singer is set to kick off his North American "Believe" tour on September 29th in Glendale, Arizona.
