A youthful and glowing Miley Cyrus made an appearance on the red carpet last night in Century City, California for the 8^th Annual Australians in Film Breakthrough Awards.

Miley was, of course, accompanied by her fiancé Liam Hemsworth; the two made their first high-profile appearance as an engaged couple.

Miley, who usually gets criticized for her demure or overly mature red carpet looks, actually looked her age this time. The 19-year-old wore a short and sultry cocktail dress by Australian brand, Zimmermann - a rightful choice for the occasion. Miley's LBD hugged the starlet's petite and fit frame. The super short dress was balanced by mildly sheer long sleeves. A built-in bralet showed off the actress' sexy décolletage and enhanced her tiny yet stylish body chain necklace.

Miley seems to have cut her hair and added blonde highlights. The tame bright 'do and clean make-up gave Cyrus a fresh and glowing look. The bride-to-be nailed this red carpet.
