Top Model Alessandra Ambrosio took to her facebook account to share pictures of baby Noah for the first time.

The brunette beauty, already mother to three-year-old daughter Anja, looks typically striking despite the sleepless nights and routine of feeding and changing nappies.

Giving fans a glimpse on Facebook, the 31-year-old added: 'wanted to give you all a sneak peek of Noah and so thankful to pampers by taking these pictures we helped out UNICEF and those in need.'

Alessandra welcomed her second child into the world nearly seven weeks ago.And after religiously attending yoga this past month, she has already gained her figure back.

The mother-of-two showed off her tiny frame after another workout session in Los Angeles today. Slipping into some very tight grey leggings, Alessandra's slim pins, made famous on the Victoria's Secret catwalk, were on display. The Brazilian paired the bottoms with a purple tank and slipped on a grey tie-dye sweater over.

Make-up free, she scraped her brunette locks back in a ponytail.
