Jessica Biel was spotted flaunting her toned and curvaceous bod in Puerto Rico a couple days ago. The 30-year-old actress was visiting her fiance, Justin Timberlake, while he's shooting Runner,Runner.  Biel was named Esquire's "Sexiest Woman Alive" in 2004; clearly she still upkeeps her title. Numerous pictures of the star splashing in the Atlantic Ocean wearing a purple O'Neill wetsuit and string bikini bottoms surfaced the net. 

Her toned long legs, tight abs, and voluptuous booty will make you want to renew your gym membership ASAP. So how does the future Mrs. Timberlake keep herself so fit?  Last year she told ELLE, "For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It's so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps."  In addition to her having a healthy diet, the star stays very active. She keeps her work-out interesting with a variety of exercises including volleyball, jogging, martial arts, boxing, and yoga. 

It's safe to say that Biel will have no issue fitting into her wedding dress. The on-and-off-again couple decided to make it official  when Timberlake proposed to Biel several months ago with a diamond ring that cost about $130,000 (this must be built to last). The wedding is reportedly this summer.
