Will the merciless editor-in-chief of Runway fashion magazine, Miranda Priestly, be making her glamorous return?

When news broke that the The Devil Wears Prada author Lauren Weisberger would be writing a sequel to her bestselling debut novel, one couldn't help but wonder, and hope, that there would also be sequel planned for the hit 2006 movie under the same name. 

When asked at the 2012 Women in Film Crystal and Lucy Awards in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night about reprising her role as Priestly, Meryl Streep joked around a bit, but did seem genuinely interested in the prospect. 

Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson spoke to the always hilarious actress about the possibility of a Devil Wears Prada 2, and here is what she had to say. 

"Yeah, no. No. Is there one? I've never heard about it.  But sure.  I mean, I'd have to lose the f--ing weight but yes, I guess I would do that!"
