Mathew McConaughey is officially off the market! 

In a private ceremony held at the couple's home in Austin, TX, McConaughey and longtime girlfriend Camila Alves tied the knot on Saturday in front of family and friends, according to People magazine. 

The actor and Alves, a Brazilian model turned handbag designer and host of "Shear Genius," got engaged this past Christmas Day and have been together since 2006.  They also have two children together, 3 year-old son, Levi, and 2-year-old daughter, Vida. 

Rumors of the upcoming nuptials stared to swirl when a party-rental truck was spotted over the weekend outside their Austin estate.  Wedding guests even stayed overnight in state-of-the-art luxury tents complete with showers, restrooms, air conditioning and a patio.   Workers were also asked to sign non-disclosure agreements, according to E! News.

Though Alves has officially taken her husband's last name and is no doubt happy to be married, she explained back in March to ET Canada that she doesn't need things to be official to know that her and McConaughey are in it for the long haul. 

"We've been living a married life for over six years now," she said.  "We have homes together, we have family together, we have kids; we've built a life together."
