“The Bachelorette” couple Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried have been enjoying their time together as an engaged couple and are excited to as their time to get married gets closer. Hartsock has been working especially hard on her wedding dresses and reveals some special details about her gowns.

Hartsock has been working with designer Maggie Sottero to create her custom bridal gown that she designed. The bachelorette revealed that she is co-designing two dresses for her big day, which includes a “timeless, yet surprising” silhouette for when she walks down the isle and a “1920s-inspired” reception frock.

“I can’t wait for Chris to see me in all the dresses!” said Hartsock to Us Weekly.

Hartsock previously stated that Sottero has helped her visions become a reality.

“I have worked with many designers in the past and found that Maggie Sottero is the most sought-after designer because of the company’s commitment to ensuring a bride’s happiness as well as providing the best fit possible,” said Hartsock. “Both dresses will reflect my personality in different ways. I love to dance and be comfortable, so my reception gown will cater to that, while the ceremony gown will be more romantic.”

Hartsock and Sottero will be releasing an exclusive collection of wedding dresses bearing the label, “Desiree Hartsock with Maggie Sottero.”

As for other wedding details, the new designer still hasn’t decided if she wants to air it live or not.

“I think I want it to be more low key than people are expecting - a small ceremony - and just the essentials,” said Hartsock. “I’m just excited to be designing my dress!

Hartsock also revealed that instead of a winter or fall wedding, her and Siegfried will be saying “I do” during a summer 2014 wedding, however, the specific date is being kept under wraps.

Hartsock previously stated that she was feeling a little more open to the idea of having her nuptials aired live after attending Sean Lowe’s ceremony.

“We went in a little skeptical because we weren’t sure what it was going to be like, but we’re a lot more open to it now,” said Hartsock, while revealing that her and her fiance have figured out the minor things for their wedding.

“We have little things planned. Now it’s working on the bigger things!” said Hartsock. “I’m somewhere between hands off and highly involved. I’ll offer my two centers. I just want it to be an awesome party.”

“The Bachelorette” couple recently expressed that they like “the idea of getting married at a vineyard, so they’e looking at wineries.”
