Beyonce and husband Jay Z seem to have a special affinity for the color blue. Jay Z was recently seen leaving Jacob & Co. jewelry store in Manhattan with friend Jacob Arabo. Sources confirm that he was looking at colored diamonds and no brownie points for guessing which color they were. Yes! He was interested in a collection of rare "Lumina" blue diamonds.

So what brings about this conclusion that the couple seems to be intimidated by the color blue? First Jay Z names his album in 2009 "The Blueprint 3" and it went Platinum upon its release. Next Beyonce is seen wearing blue nail varnish most often than not. The biggest reason of them all is the couple naming their first baby together Blue Ivy. And now blue diamonds!

Rumors have it that the couple is looking to renew their vows sometime this year. "They want the ceremony to be simple but elegant. They're having Nobu cater it, and Jay put together a special presentation showing him and Bee through the years," a source tells Star Magazine.

Beyonce recently launched a new Tumblr and gave her fans a peek into her private life by putting out some funky, funny and cute pictures of herself and Jay Z. The pictures were accompanied by a very sentimental quote that read, "This is my life, today, over the years - through my eyes. My family, my travels, my love. This is where I share with you. This will continue to grow as I do." The singer also opened a twitter account with her first tweet gather over 30,000 followers in less than an hour. She tweeted, "Hey World, It's B! I'm so excited to invite you to my new http://beyonce.com - we've been working hard, and it's finally ready for you XO."

Twitter and Tumblr have been popular websites where celebrities get personal and up close with their fans and Beyonce is a new addition to the list of these celebrities.
