As we head into the year 2014, we finally get an up-close and personal first look at Captain America, Black Widow, and villain The Winter Soldier in the "Captain America 2" movie.

UK's February issue Empire magazine just released two new covers highlighting the new movie, coming out in just a few months.

One cover features only Steve Rogers aka. Captain America, played by Chris Evans. You can see Captain America's new bulky look as he looks dapper in royal blue with the iconic silver streaks across his chest and soldiers and star right in the middle of his chest. The letter "A" is right in the middle of his helmet.

On the other cover, Scarlett Johansson stands firm as Black Widow, while Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, aka The Winter Soldier, stands fierce in the background as well.

MTV News gave a little background on Buck and Captain America's history:

In the comics, the Winter Soldier is Cap's former partner Bucky Barnes, left for dead and brainwashed into an unstoppable assassin by the Russians. Years later, Barnes comes into conflict with Captain America, leading to the stunning revelation that the partner he left for dead for decades is, in fact, very much alive. And trying to kill him.

This sounds similar to what we will be seeing in the movie, only there will other villains as well. It seems to be Frank Grillo playing Crossbones and Robert Redford, who will play a high-ranking S.H.I.E.L.D. official named Alexander Pierce.

In recent news, Marvel Studios reportedly shot reshoots for the highly anticipated sequel on Dec. 16 and 17. No photos or video have emerged yet, but it may be coming sooner rather than later.

Then, Marvel will "allow their cast and crew to enjoy the festive season before they reconvene for two more weeks of shooting in January 2014," according to Yahoo.

Check out the latest "Captain America 2" spoilers HERE! The movie releases in theaters on April 4, 2014.
