Jay Z and Beyonce Split? Divorce Rumors Swirl Amid 'Mrs. Carter' Tour, Rapper Being 'Selfish,' Ignoring Time with Blue Ivy, Kim Kardashian and Kayne West Boast

Rumors are swirling that Jay Z and Beyoncé are on the verge of a split and possibly divorce very soon, and while there may be hope for the couple still, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are looking to past the power couple.

According to Hollywood Life, the popular couple's marriage is on the rocks because Jay Z, 43, is not taking the initiative to make time for his family after six years of marriage and.

HL said even though Jay Z visited his wife and 19-month-old daughter Blue Ivy in Australia [because of Beyoncé's "Mrs. Carter" tour] for a mini 3-day vacation to a private resort to spend quality time together, it's still not enough for the 41-year-old "Crazy in Love" singer.

"Jay Z's early November trip to Australia was not just a family getaway, it was a last-ditch effort to keep his marriage afloat," an insider told Star magazine. "Jay Z's decision to tour Europe at the same time as Beyoncé is touring Australia has caused serious damage to their relationship - damage that may be ultimately prove to be irreparable."

"Not only did he plan the tour without consulting her at all, but he didn't even try to coordinate dates with her tour. She told him he was selfish," the insider added. "Beyoncé has been feeling like a single mother lately - and has been letting her husband know he's on shaky ground, and she's using the time they spend apart as a trial separation."

CelebDirtyLaundry reported that Jay Z has instead been club hopping "like crazy" in Europe.

This is sad news for all the Queen Bey and Jay Z fans, but other sources say that the split rumors aren't necessarily true.

"[Beyonce] would like for them to hang out and be together a little more," a source told Hollywood Life. "Her tour is adding stress to a marriage that is not only important to them, but an entire fan base. They have normal relationship problems being parents. It just so happens that these two are two of the biggest stars in the world, so just imagine that situation on top of a regular relationship."

"They are not thinking of a separation. They actually are trying to figure out how to hang out more. Their marriage is fine, they are working on getting together more for the holidays and nobody should expect a break up, separation or divorce," the insider said.

In other news, newly engaged couple Kardashian and West are looking to take over Hollywood.

"Kanye has emphatically told Kim that he believes they're going to be the biggest power couple on the planet," a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com. "He genuinely thinks they will be more popular than his close friends, Jay Z and Beyonce. It's one of the reasons why Kanye told Kim to change her hair color, he thinks it elevated Kim from just being a reality star to an international superstar."
