David Beckham debuts his clothing line for the February 5 Super Bowl XLVI American football game. H&M will light the fire to kick off the with a full body length hand painted image of the footballer in New York.
The Swedish retailer captured a spot on 8th Ave & 34th Street in the Big Apple, where the full body length image of Beckham models his clothing line with an added hand-painting dimension literally. The entire process will be captured on video and can be watched at www.YouTube.com/hm.
In the meantime, the super bowl ad is available on H&M Youtube channel during the second quarter prior to its airing next week.
"I'm excited about my bodywear ad featuring in this year's Super Bowl," Beckham describes in a release. "Like every fan, I'm looking forward to Super Bowl Sunday."
The line will be available in over 1,800 H&M stores across the globe and online from February 2. It will include boxers, briefs, tank tops, T-shorts, long underwear and pajamas.
The Bodywear commercial will appear showing Beckham in a Super Bowl ad for the first time, with spots during the iconic sporting event renowned for its competiveness.
