Drake opened up about his dating past on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and talked about his history with Rihanna.
Ellen showed Drake a series of photos of celebrities he’s been linked to and asked him to say whether he dated her in the past, is dating her now, or kissed her once.
First up was a photo of Rihanna. Drake said, "Yeah, great girl ... We had our moment. Always support and have love for her and yeah …"
Drake then said, "I heard myself saying something else and I know I'm going to watch it back and be like, 'That wasn't what I thought I said...'"
When asked if he wants a chance at a do-over, he replied: "I'm not into do-overs. In any way. Which is an ironic thing to say here."
“That answered my question,” Ellen said.
That “in any way” might mean that although they’ve been spotted together recently, Drake and Rihanna aren’t dating and are just friends.
It looks like that must be the case – later, Drake said that these days, “I’m single. I’m ready to mingle.”
He also opened up the other women in his rumored love life: He and Nicki Minaj are just friends ("Me and Nicki are like family. I just love Nicki with all my heart. We've haven't really shared like intimate moments."), he and Tyra Banks went on one date to Disneyland “in disguise,” though “I don’t know if it was a date. It was a get together. We’re close as well,” and there’s no link to Kim Kardashian.
“Oh no, no. What’s going on here?” he said when shown a photo of the reality star.
Drake also talked about the girl that got away: Kat Dennings.
"I just always had a huge crush on Kat Dennings and she was kind enough one night to oblige me and we went out for dinner," he said. "They don't call me back after one date according to this. She’s great, though. She’s phenomenal."
