"Star Wars Episode 7" 2015 movie is underway as new spoilers and rumors emerge for popular characters to return and new roles for the dark side.

According to Entertainment Weekly, "Dracula" star Jonathan Rhys Meyers, 36, is reportedly in the running to play an antihero in the highly anticipated film. but he denied those rumors.

"Look, I've worked with J.J.," said Meyers, who co-starred in Abrams' Mission: Impossible III in 2006. "But I don't believe rumors," he told EW.

Meyers would most likely play a character on the dark side in the "Star Wars 7," mainly because those are the roles he's always gravitated towards, and of course his brooding stares.

"I play bad guys because I look like one," he said with a dry laugh. "There's something in my physicality that's quite intense and lends me to being feral. I mean, I'd love to be this lovely relaxed guy doing rom-coms, but I just don't get those types of offers. I suppose I'm forever sort of the antihero."

IBTimes speculated that the antihero character in "Star Wars" can either be a Sith Lord or a bounty hunter.

"The Sith particularly require an intense character with strong acrobatic skills for light sabre duels," the report said.

Since the movie is rumored to being 20 to 40 years after episode 6, it could be difficult for the Sith to reappear, but IBTimes pointed out that "Star Wars Episode 7" will not be the same "without the epic battle between the Jedi order and the Sith."

The same report also said that characters C-3PO and R2-D2 are expected to come back to the franchise, and provide comic relief to the next installment.

Han Solo's iconic ship, Millennium Falcon, is also reportedly ready for filming in early 2014.

According to Metro, the Millennium Falcon has already been constructed at the project's Pinewood Studios film location, as well as a power plant and cantina that will appear in the movie.

Metro said, "The cantina was the setting for one of Star Wars' best-loved scenes, in which Obi-Wan Kenobi slices off the arm of a belligerent mercenary with a lightsabre as an alien jazz band play in the background."

Speaking of Obi-Wan Kenobi, actor Ewan McGregor said that he would "be up" for reprising his role as Obi-Wan.

"They haven't phoned me yet," McGregor told E! News at the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of his new movie "August: Osage County."
