Kareena Kapoor Latest News: Refuses Kiss with Emraan Hashmi in New Movie
Kareena Kapoor is well known for playing the loyal ladylove in Bollywood films, however, she has stayed away from doing kissing scenes on-screen and still sticks by her word. When approached to do a lip ock with Emraan Hashmi in an upcoming movie, Kapoor gave a big ‘No.’
Previous rumors have been made saying that as Kapoor agreed to the movie, she also agreed to the intimate scene as well.
Entertainment One India reported that Kareena Kapoor told the producers of the film that she wouldn’t do any kissing scene in her upcoming film with Hashmi. Even though Hashmi has mastered the art of doing bold scenes on-screen, he has recently stayed away from intimacy in his last few movies such as “Ek Thi Daayan” and “Shanghai.”
The last time Kapoor did any sort of intimate scenes was with Arjun Rampal in “Heroine,” after being convinced.
The new film will be a joint production by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures and Karan Johar’s Sharma Productions. Sources revealed that this will be a completely original flick and the “shooting will begin from September - October in Mumbai and Delhi.”
The name of the film has yet to be determined.
Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were also recently seen putting their differences aside. The two actresses were spotted in the same studio behaving like long lost friends as they met at a suburban studio with a long chat.
Kapoor was shooting for a commercial while the “Exotic” singer was filming for her Mary Kom bio movie.
“They were aware about each other’s presence in the vicinity. Unite hands were on tenterhooks on what would happen if their paths crossed considering the cold vibes Bebo and PC share,” said a witness to Zee News.
When her shoot ended later in the evening, Kapoor headed to her car, which was parked close to Chopra’s vanity van, “The latter went up to her and greeted her. Bebo was cordial and they chatted for a while,” added the witness.© 2014 Fashion & Style.com All rights reserved. Do not reproduce without permission.
